Low-income farm workers in Oxnard who own houses can receive up to $2,000 from the city to make energy-related improvements to their houses.

The city's Housing Department will distribute $110,000 in California Energy Conservation Rehabilitation Grant money, which was obtained through the state Department of Housing and Community Development.
