I am furious! How dare MWD even consider spending our money to construct a water desalination plant in Mexico using cheap Mexican labor (Metro, Feb. 15).
The plant should be on our land and not subject to Mexican political whims. Our people need jobs! Let's start thinking about the U.S. for a change--we're the ones who will pay, either way.
