Jenny Le Coq has been named publisher and general manager of Action Sports Retailer, a monthly trade magazine and trade show producer based in South Laguna. She was formerly associate publisher of M Inc. magazine and also directed national sales for Chronicle VideoTex, a computerized magazine.
