Warming to the Occasion: Henry Kissinger apparently harbors a secret desire to be Willard Scott. The former Secretary of State will be the guest weatherman Tuesday on "CBS This Morning." Paula Zahn, co-anchor on the early-morning news program, is said to have been privy to Kissinger's meteorological longings and invited him to come on the program to do the weather. The regular weatherman for "CBS This Morning" is Mark McEwen. It was not immediately known if he has any secret desires to be Secretary of State.
