Julliard Man: Robin Williams was live at Lincoln Center in New York City on Friday, at commencement ceremonies for the Julliard School's graduating class. The comedian, in cap and gown, lampooned Jesse Helms and Dan Quayle. He provided his definition of "frightening times": "That would be, 'President Quayle, raise your right hand. No, your other right hand,' " Williams, who attended Julliard, joined Sen. Daniel Patrick Moynihan (D-N.Y.), violinist Isaac Stern and choreographer Eliot Feld in receiving honorary doctorates from the school.
