L'eggs to Eliminate Egg Containers: The ubiquitous L'eggs egg--the trademark package for the women's hosiery found in stores across the country--will soon vanish. The nation's leading maker of panty hose said it will remove its plastic egg containers from the market by 1992 in favor of an environmentally friendly cardboard package.
