An East Los Angeles girl walking with friends along a Rancho Palos Verdes cliff slipped and plummeted 250 feet to her death early Friday morning, sheriff's deputies said.
Mary Cardenas, 17, was with her boyfriend and two other couples about 2 a.m. near the Point Vicente Interpretive Center just off Palos Verdes Drive West when she fell, Sheriff's Sgt. Noel Lanier said.
