When the David Bowie-led group Tin Machine's newest video makes its premiere today, its audience will be people in the streets of New York City.
At 5:30 p.m. Eastern time, the video for the single "One Shot" will play on the Sony Video 1 Jumbo Vision screen in Times Square, the first time a music video has such a premiere.
