The Bruggemeyer Memorial Library is sponsoring the Harmony Month Essay Contest, open to applicants 8 or older, who live, work or attend a participating school in Monterey Park.
This year's theme will be "The person who taught me the most about Cultural Harmony is/was . . ." There will be four different age categories, and three winners will be chosen in each category.
