The Nov. 23 Evander Holyfield-Francesco Damiani heavyweight fight in Atlanta will not be sanctioned as a title bout by the International Boxing Federation. The 12-round bout between Holyfield, the champion, and Damiani also will not be sanctioned by the World Boxing Council. The World Boxing Assn. has sanctioned the bout.
