Casa Nueva: The Mexican Museum in San Francisco is planning a new $30-million museum on Mission Street across from the soon-to-be-built Yerba Buena Cultural Center, which will house the new San Francisco Museum of Modern Art building. The project calls for a 70,000-square-foot building with three exhibition galleries, a small theater space, two classrooms and an expanded museum store. Completion is expected in 1996.
