Court May Free Some Funds of Wymer Clients: Some clients of Newport Beach money manager Steven D. Wymer could have access as early as Friday to funds frozen last week by a federal court in connection with an investigation into Wymer's handling of the accounts. Gadbois Jr. lift the freeze on "a very substantial amount" of the $1.2 billion in frozen assets at a hearing scheduled for Friday in Los Angeles.
