Holiday Helpers: Mayim Bialik, the 16-year-old actress in the title role of "Blossom" on NBC, has been collecting donations for the Loaves and Fishes downtown mission during her third annual holiday food drive on the Sunset-Gower lot where her series is made. . . . The homeless will benefit from proceeds of "Sharing Christmas II," Deborah Raffin's scrapbook of holiday reminiscences with celebrity and political figures which has been released as a Dove Audio cassette. . . . A sleigh-full of celebrities including Jack Lemmon, Kirstie Alley, Tony Curtis, Faye Dunaway, Dean Stockwell and Corbin Bernsen, turned in some 5,000 toys for hospitalized children in Moscow at a Toyskis for Totskis party at Spago.
