The North Tustin Advisory Committee selected Mark Held as its new chairman last week.
Held, who will serve a one-year term as chairman, replaces Michael Gray, who was selected as the body's new secretary. Alexander Carrassi, the former secretary, was chosen as the new vice chairman. Held was the committee's vice chairman.
