DUAL SPEECHES: At Santa Ana High School, multiple languages among students can be a problem. School officials have solved one dilemma in honoring 400 students next Wednesday for "significant grade improvement." The main speaker will be Alfredo Amezcua, above, president of the Orange County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. He'll give his speech in both Spanish and English. . . . And that's not all: A Vietnamese school official will also speak.
