Boxing promoter Murad Muhammad agreed to pay $25,000 in a settlement with the Nevada State Athletic Commission over his actions following a fight last year between Donovan (Razor) Ruddock and Mike Tyson. The commission took action against Muhammad for storming into the ring and precipitating a brawl after referee Richard Steele stopped the fight between Ruddock and Tyson.
