Included are AST Research, an Irvine computer maker that has 80 jobs to fill in office, sales and engineering work, said Rosina Tarlo, a spokeswoman for the fair's organizers.
Other organizations planning to attend the job fair are the Koll Co., Fluor, Great Western Bank, Disneyland, the Coast Guard and the San Bernardino Sheriff's Department.
The admission price is $20. Advance registration is available by calling the Irvine Chamber of Commerce at (714) 660-9112, or Vicki Heston Personnel Services at (714) 250-0400. On-site registrations will be taken Sunday between 2 and 5 p.m. at the Irvine Marriott, 18000 Von Karman Ave.

It is being held in conjunction with the second annual Orange County Women's Conference, a collection of business seminars, health advice and vendors selling everything from make-overs to financial services, which will also take place at the Irvine Marriott on Monday and Tuesday.
