The woman who accused San Francisco 49er owner Eddie DeBartolo Jr. of sexually assaulting her has reached an out-of-court settlement with him.
Gina Baross, 24, has dropped plans to file a civil suit against DeBartolo, according to her lawyer. DeBartolo reportedly reached a settlement with Baross last week, according to San Francisco newspapers.
