White Fears and Racism

June 28, 1992

Minorities closely monitored by white shopkeepers (just in case)? Whites crossing the street to avoid blacks (just in case)? Does any of this sound familiar to you?

Your article has taken classic cases of racism and turned them into post-riot concerns.
