Gasoline Prices Down 1.03 Cents: Gasoline prices nationwide dropped an average of 1.03 cents a gallon over the last two weeks, continuing a decline that began early this month, an industry analyst said. The average price, including taxes, for all grades of full- and self-service gasoline was $1.2826 a gallon Friday, said Trilby Lundberg, a newsletter publisher who surveys 13,000 gasoline stations twice a month.
