The Port of Los Angeles will sponsor a free community education event Saturday afternoon at Banning's Landing in Wilmington.
Waterfront '92, to be held from 1 to 5 p.m., will feature hourly boat tours of the harbor, diving exhibitions and rescue demonstrations by the U.S. Coast Guard. Children under 12 must be accompanied by adults on the boat tours.
