Rep. Howard Berman of the San Fernando Valley's 26th district is acting like all America is full of idiots.
Berman is using tax dollars to do a legislative survey at a time when the legislative season is nearly over. This is obviously a ploy to find out what the people want to hear so he'll know what to tell them.
