National Steel Workers Will Return to Work: Negotiators for striking National Steel & Shipbuilding Co. union workers have agreed to return to work pending final resolution of the three-week-old labor dispute. The return-to-work agreement is contingent on approval by the union's rank-and-file workers in votes scheduled for today and Sunday. If approved, workers could be back on the job at the Nassco's San Diego shipyard as early as Monday morning.
