Does Hilburn mean "the crowd" doesn't have First Amendment rights? The singers can do what they want, the critics can say what they want, but the public has to sit there, obedient, quiet, like stupid sheep?

Hilburn's got things a little twisted, doesn't he? "The crowd" has the number one priority.
