Starting On Top: British rockers Depeche Mode's "Songs of Faith and Devotion" will enter the Billboard pop album chart at No. 1 in the issue published Saturday, based on sales of about 152,000 copies. Rapper Ice T, who severed ties with Time Warner after a national controversy last year over his "Cop Killer" song, will enter the charts at No. 14 with his new "Home Invasion" album. The album, released on his own Rhyme Syndicate label, sold 48,000 copies during its first week in the stores.
