Litton Asks $2.35 Million for Plant in Van Nuys

April 20, 1993

Litton Industries Inc. has put its Van Nuys plant up for sale, with an asking price of $2.35 million, according to Beitler Commercial Realty Services.

The plant, which consists of two buildings totaling nearly 48,000 square feet, formerly housed Litton's Data Systems division. Litton, a major defense contractor based in Beverly Hills, merged the Van Nuys operation into its Agoura Hills plant as part of a consolidation effort last year.

The 2.4-acre Litton plant in Van Nuys is located in the 15000 block of Strathern Street at Woodley Avenue. Beitler is handling the sale.
