VENTURA COUNTY NEWSWATCH

May 19, 1993|Gary Gorman

KEY OBSTACLE: When Ventura County officials met for budget discussions Tuesday (B1), Supervisor John K. Flynn almost came in sweats. At the supervisors' meeting, Flynn decided that it was the wrong day to push his plan to abolish a budget committee. "I decided this might have been an omen." Then he went home sick.
