TEEN-AGE FARMERS: Tired of their hayseed image, Ventura County farmers are starting to educate schoolchildren about agriculture (B1). They can skip Fillmore, where students are already learning that lesson. About 110 Fillmore High School students are enrolled in the school's agriculture program, teacher Don Dyer said. . . . Citrus groves on the school's 85-acre farm "pay for a lot of the program," he said.
