Orange County residents will be able to get a firsthand look at their new, $103-million sports and entertainment complex during an open house Friday. With its polished marble, padded seats and lavish private suites, it is a luxurious, state-of-the-art facility. Everything from concerts to tractor pulls will be staged there, but there will be an honored tenant: the National Hockey League's Mighty Ducks.
