Insurance Auto Auctions Inc., a North Hollywood automotive salvage company, said it completed its previously announced acquisition of West Coast Auto Auctions based in Portland, Ore.
The transaction was valued by Insurance Auto Auctions at $4.1 million, including cash and stock. The company said it expected the acquisition to make a positive contribution to its 1993 earnings.
