HOUSTON — A state court judge ordered anti-abortion protesters to stay away from the homes of eight Houston-area physicians who perform abortions.
Harris County District Court Judge Eileen O'Neill issued a temporary restraining order late Thursday. It prohibits protesters from coming within 500 feet of the homes and blocks them from making verbal threats toward the doctors or their families.
