GREER, S.C. — A burglar with a hankering for a spicy late-night snack broke into a Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant, fired up the deep fryer and whipped up a batch of "Hot Wings."

The thief cooked and took most of a 40-count bag of the spicy chicken wings, and left no bones--or clear fingerprints--behind, police said.
