July 31, 1993|N.F. MENDOZA

For disenchanted Dodgers and Angels fans, this weekend is highlighted by, yes, the return of pro football. Exhibition games include the Raiders taking on the Green Bay Packers in the AFC-NFC Hall of Fame Game from Canton, Ohio, today at noon on ABC, Channels 7, 3, 10 and 42, and the Pittsburgh Steelers and the San Francisco 49ers from Barcelona, Spain, on Sunday at 10 a.m. on NBC, Channels 4, 36 and 39.

HBO introduces a new made-for-cable movie, "Blue Ice," tonight at 8, starring Michael Caine as a retired British intelligence agent turned London jazz club owner who takes up with the wife (Sean Young) of an American ambassador and then finds himself in the middle of an illegal arms ring.

Ross Perot will appear on "Evans and Novak" today (9:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m.) on CNN. The former presidential hopeful will discuss the budget, flood aid and President Clinton.
