Kirk Miller of Alta Loma finished second, Kelly Colgan of Shadow Hills was third and Greg Benner of Whittier ran fourth.

Dana Moore of Valencia won the 15-lap Street Stock oval semi-main event to lead four drivers into the main event. Keith Leonard of Lancaster, Richard Russo of Newhall and Randy Goldsmith of Cerritos also advanced.
