Tyco Toys to Distribute $1.6 Billion in Coupons: The nation's third-largest toy maker said it plans to promote fourth-quarter sales by distributing the coupons for discounts on its products. Tyco needs the promotion to stanch decreases in sales and earnings this year. The company plans to run the coupons in 252 Sunday papers Nov. 21. Boxes of Cheerios cereal will have cut-out coupons, and some will be pasted on 12- and 24-packs of Royal Crown Cola. Others will be available in stores.
