State-Run Telecom to Sell 10% Stake: The Finance Ministry said it will sell the stake in Korea Telecom, a monopoly on domestic phone services, to help finance road construction. Shares will be sold by competitive bid at an auction Oct. 20 and 21. According to the ministry, individual Korean and corporate entities will be eligible to take part in the bidding for 28.79 million shares.
