TAMERA TROTTER, "Talking Justice: 602 Ways To Build and Promote Racial Harmony" was written by Tamera Charisse Trotter and Joycelyn Racquel Allen. Roommates since their graduation from UC Irvine, Trotter, a mental health assistant, and Allen, an Orange County deputy probation counselor, began collaborating on the guide to improved race relations after last year's riots.
