Hudson's Grill of America Inc., the Ventura-based restaurant chain that was sold to a Texas entrepreneur over the summer, has sold four of its units to a family-owned investment group for $2.9 million in cash.
The group, headed by William and Gregory Georgas, purchased the chain's restaurants in Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo and Santa Maria.
