The city will hold a dedication ceremony at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Cerritos Senior Center, which will provide the city's growing senior-citizen population with medical, social and financial services as well as a place for residents to socialize.
The $3.5-million center, at 12340 South St., features two lounges surrounded by smaller activity rooms. There is also a rose garden, patio with picnic tables and barbecue area.
