Sculley's Successor at Spectrum Quits: Edward Maskaly, appointed chairman and chief executive March 21, will resign as soon as a replacement can be found. Spectrum Information Technologies Inc. said in a news release that Maskaly felt that the company needs a new leader with no past ties to the firm, based in Manhasset, N.Y.
