LOS ANGELES — The Los Angeles Sheriff's Department is investigating the shooting death this week of a Garden Grove man whose body was found west of downtown.
The body of Willie Williams, 25, was found about 2 a.m. Wednesday next to a public telephone and his car in the Windsor Hills district, said Deputy Patrick Hauser.
