Treasury Note Yields Climb: Yields on two-year Treasury notes rose in auction to the highest level in more than two years. The high yield was 5.59%, up from 5.15% at the last auction March 22. It was the highest rate since two-year notes sold for 5.85% on March 24, 1992. The notes will carry a coupon interest rate of 5.5%, with each $10,000 in face value selling for $9,983.20. A total of $17.03 billion in notes were sold, out of bids totaling $45.93 billion.
