RECORD RACK

In Brief

August 28, 1994|Randy Lewis

** Crosby, Stills & Nash, "After the Storm," Atlantic. After a storm, everything's either fresh and lush or just plain soggy. Though this is just the trio's sixth studio album in 25 years, CSN might well have spent a bit more time toweling off before stepping back into the studio. The love songs are generally less drippy than the weighty social commentary.

New albums are rated on a scale of one star (poor), two stars (fair), three stars (good) and four stars (excellent).
