SAN DIEGO--"Labyrinth of Terror" is the name of this year's Haunted Museum at the Museum of Man. The annual fright fest is 7-9:30 p.m. Oct. 21-23 and 26-27; 7-10 p.m. Oct. 28-31. 1350 El Prado, Balboa Park. $5, general; $3, kids under 12. (619) 239-2001.

SANTA BARBARA--Halloween festivities are scheduled to the north, too, at the Central Coast Pumpkin Festival, Oct. 27-30 at the Youth Sports Center, 4540 Hollister Ave. 5-11 p.m., Thursday; 5 p.m.-midnight, Friday; 10 a.m.-midnight Saturday; 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday. $3, general; free for kids under 12. MONTEREY--The Maritime Museum of Monterey celebrates its second anniversary with family activities, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Oct. 29.
