Decision '94 / SPECIAL GUIDE TO CALIFORNIA'S ELECTIONS : Statewide Races : About These Races

October 30, 1994

More than at any time in the recent past, voters making choices for statewide offices will be electing a field of newcomers.

Among the statewide contests below the rank of governor and U.S. senator, only the attorney general's race features an incumbent seeking reelection.
