Simi Valley needs 12 teen-agers to serve on the city's Youth Employment Service Advisory Board.
The board advises the City Council on youth employment issues, promotes youth hiring and helps prepare young men and women for the job market. Each year the board hosts interview skill workshops and a Job and Career Fair.
