RALEIGH, N.C. — The charmed season of 18th-ranked Duke hit the skids Saturday as North Carolina State rallied in the second half for a 24-23 victory in a game with major bowl implications.
It kept alive the hopes of the Wolfpack, 7-2 overall and 5-1 in the Atlantic Coast Conference, for at least a share of the ACC title with league-leading Florida State (8-1, 7-0), which plays at Raleigh next weekend.
