The city Housing Authority's Resident Relations Department will host its annual holiday season luncheon Wednesday at Independent Square's Social Hall.
Proceeds will benefit the Golden Steppers Senior Citizen Assn., a volunteer organization that provides activities and services to seniors citizens in public housing.
