TANYA TULL, Tanya Tull has worked with homeless families for 15 years, watching from the front lines as the homeless population swelled. She founded and continues to direct Para Los Ninos, a Skid Row agency that helps homeless families, and since 1988, has been executive director of Beyond Shelter, which seeks to place families in permanent housing and help them stay there by providing help with negotiating leases and finding child care, job training and other services.
