February 04, 1995|N.F. MENDOZA

"World of Audubon" spreads its wings Sunday for "Flamingowatch," a program where millions of the exotic birds converge on traditional feeding grounds in Kenya. The TBS program, which begins at 7:30 p.m., will focus 19 cameras on 50 miles of Kenya's Great Rift Valley to photograph the three feeding grounds. The long-legged fowl remain there through March, then fly south.

President Clinton's controversial decision to bail out Mexico will be a popular topic on several public service programs.
